Large Project Experience:
Proven track record in office building, hotel, retail, biotechnology, clean room, industrial manufacturing, and entertainment facilities on a design/build and design/assist basis. Extensive list of reference projects available upon request.
Pre-Construction Services:
Provide experienced estimating and consulting services to assist in establishing accurate budgets and to address difficult constructability issues. Utilize our engineering and construction expertise to offer alternatives which bring value to the project during the pre-construction phase.
Engineering Department:
Staffed with State of California licensed professional engineers to provide complete HVAC system design, assist in code compliance and building department issues, etc. Provide CAD quality design drawings required for plan check and construction as well as detailed shop drawings essential for coordination between multiple trades. Coordinate BIM and 3D CAD drawings for entire projects (all disciplines).
Experienced Project Management:
Performed by graduate engineers with direct involvement from a principal of the company throughout the duration of all major projects.
HVAC Ductwork and Piping:
Fabrication shop on our premises with fabrication and field installation performed by trained, experienced and skilled union workforce.
HVAC Temperature Controls:
Western Allied Corporation has factory-certified personnel expert in the installation and programming of DDC controls incorporating LonWorks, BACnet and Modbus based technologies. We were the first Mechanical Contractor in Southern California to achieve Lon System Integrator Certification.
HVAC Start-up, Commissioning/Air Balance Departments:
Trained and certified in accordance with NEBB requirements.
Service Department:
On call 24-hours per day for warranty calls, emergency service calls and service/maintenance contracts.
