Project Overview
New 2 story structure, mass timber construction. Core and shell and TI built out at the same time. Mechanical system includes heat recovery chillers which provide chilled water, heating hot water and domestic hot water without onsite burning of fossil fuel. Full building automation system designed and built by Western Allied.
