Project Overview
Design Build Core and Shell plus tenant improvement - OSHPD-3. New 108,000 sq. ft. outpatient cancer center with imaging rooms and other specialty rooms such as surgical oncology. The core and shell project was completed as a design build effort with Western Allied providing in-house load calculations and mechanical design. We completed the tenant improvement with Snyder Langston and are proud of the technically advanced cancer center now serving those who need it.
